Safawi dates have a particular deep black color and while similar in taste are, they are longer than the ajwa date.

Are the Dates Organic?
Our dates are organically grown without preservatives or pesticide and contain no artificial material or chemicals. They are only brushed with water during inspection to remove any dust or desert debris.
It's worth noting that the boxes do not yet have the "USDA Organic Certified" sticker.
