Ajwa dates are soft medium-size date variety. They have glossy black-brown skin. Ajwa dates have a deep, chewy texture and a sweet flavor with hints of caramel, honey, and cinnamon.

We recently upgraded our Ajwa to offer a more premium Ajwa. This premium type of date is not dried. This is quite the treat, as it's the most expensive and sought after date type in the world.
Ajwa dates have a special place in Islamic tradition. They are known to Muslims as the 'holy date' and were the Prophet Muhammed's favorite. These extraordinary dates have brown-black skin and are mildly sweet with a delightful deep sugary taste.
Are the Dates Organic?
Our dates are organically grown without preservatives or pesticide and contain no artificial material or chemicals. They are only brushed with water during inspection to remove any dust or desert debris.
It's worth noting that the boxes do not yet have the "USDA Organic Certified" sticker.

We are shipping out boxes daily. You will receive a shipping confirmation once we have shipped it out as well as a tracking number to track it. We ship using USPS and UPS.

United StatesI was expecting the soft first-harvested ajwa. I should have known better, those are only available in Medina:( The ajwa were slightly hard and difficult to chew but, useful especially in Ramadan.
